Builds have a fixed price, agreed before we start. Care is month to month and billed in advance.

Rebuilds

Care comes with a plain-English report each month. It shows speed for real visitors, uptime, calls and forms, and each change we made.

Monthly report

Your report shows your own site's numbers.

The short version. The signed scope and contract win over this page.

Care billing: Care is month to month and billed in advance.
Paying for a build: You pay half of a build to start and half before launch.
Scope: Each build has a one-page scope. Anything else is a change order at $110/h.
Speed guarantee: Within 28 days of launch, the pages named in your contract show in under 2.5 seconds on a phone for real visitors, or we fix them free. There are no refunds.
You own it: You own your website, app and data. Your domain and business accounts are in your name from day one.
During and after a plan: Hosting runs on our account while you are on a plan. If you cancel, you get the code and a CSV export of your data.
Our building blocks: Unstackers keeps the right to reuse its generic building blocks, such as the starter code under every site. Your content and data are never part of them.
Sites on our stack: Care covers only sites on the Unstackers stack. A rebuild moves your site onto it.

Why is the price a range?

It depends on the size of the site or the job. We agree one fixed price before we start.

Can you look after a site you did not build?

Not as it is. A rebuild moves your site onto our stack first, and the first month of Care comes with the rebuild.

The team works from India.
